Nostalgic cards, letters, etc
I wasn’t looking forward to this one. Not because I didn’t want to go through old letters and be reminded of my youth or anything like that. Just because it is the sort of job that ends up taking hours longer than you thought it would.
So imagine my joy when, after locating the box with all the letters, cards, etc in at the back of the attic, and then opening it, I found I had already sorted them. Huh. All gone through, all sorted, all done. So, sorry, I can’t give you any of my old love letters or anything like that as a prize*. Bit of an anti climax, if you’ll forgive the tasteless pun.
So, and keeping with the nostalgia theme, I thought I’d give you the twelve best** ABBA singles which, for no good reason, I own on CD. Or I used to. They’re your problem now.
* obviously, I wouldn’t dream of actually giving away old love letters. I’m not a monster.
**for the record, ABBAs twelve best singles were, in no particular order, Mamma Mia, Take a Chance on Me, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, The Day Before You Came, S.O.S., Dancing Queen, One of Us, Chiquitita, Fernando, Voulez-Vous, Under Attack and Head Over Heels.
