A few years ago I drew every species of bird that had been seen in Britain, which at the time was six hundred and sixteen different birds. It took me a few years. I loved every second of it. Except maybe the shearwaters, which are really hard to draw. I’m sort of thinking about drawing every species of bird in the world, though for that to be possible I would need to come up with some sort of clever way of doing it, a consistent style or a set time limit per drawing or something, to stop it being excessively unwieldy an idea. I dunno. I’ll get back to you on this one.
Current Status: Thinking it might be a non-starter but open to suggestions.
